We’ve been curing quality meats in Sussex for thirty years now, using the traditional techniques and recipes that have evolved over five generations of British butchers.
We personally source all our meat from accredited suppliers – and we prepare it by hand in our BRC AA grade certified curing house in Brighton.
More and more people are looking for meats that they feel good about eating.
